Using A3 ACTION
You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for the decisions you make using information produced by the service.
AI coaching limitations
A3 Coach supports reflection, planning and accountability. AI responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and must be reviewed before use. The service does not provide professional medical, legal, financial, mental-health, safeguarding or employment advice and must not be used to make automated high-impact decisions about another person.
Free trial and subscriptions
Eligible new accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Current prices and plan features are shown before payment setup. Where you authorise recurring billing, your selected plan is charged after the trial unless you cancel or the payment setup states otherwise. Organisation pricing is calculated per selected seat. Payment processing is provided by SumUp.
Cancellation and availability
You may schedule cancellation from Billing. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the applicable paid period; access may continue until then. We aim to keep A3 ACTION available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Acceptable use
You must not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, upload malicious material, exploit another user’s information, impersonate another person or use A3 ACTION for unlawful, harmful or deceptive activity.
Your content
You retain responsibility for information you submit. You give A3 ACTION permission to process that information only as needed to provide, protect and improve the service and fulfil the actions you request. Do not submit material you do not have the right to use.
Changes and account action
We may update features or these terms as the service develops. We may restrict or suspend accounts that create security, legal or abuse risks. Material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date or an in-product notice.
