What A3 Coach does

A3 Coach can help users plan, summarise, translate, identify actions and think through priorities using the information they intentionally provide. It may work with text, voice transcripts, images, documents and selected camera frames.

What it does not replace

AI responses can be incomplete or mistaken. A3 Coach does not replace qualified medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safeguarding, employment or emergency professionals. Users remain responsible for reviewing information and making decisions.

Privacy boundaries

Private journals, spiritual reflections and private coaching context are not automatically available to founders, administrators, employers or staff. Organisation workspaces use team-safe shared information. Microphone, camera and file access require an intentional user action and browser permission.

High-impact decisions

A3 ACTION must not be used to make automated hiring, firing, disciplinary, credit, housing, healthcare or other consequential decisions about another person. It must not claim prophetic certainty or infer sensitive traits or emotional states from a face or video.

Reporting concerns

If a response appears unsafe, inaccurate or inappropriate, stop relying on it and contact A3 ACTION support with the minimum information needed to investigate. Never send a password, payment-card number or confidential third-party information to support.
